Passports will be available in all the three districts of Kathmandu Valley within a week. Passports will be available within 15 days on the Mahendra Highway outside Kathmandu and surrounding districts and districts with air facilities. What to do if a message of rejection of application is received?

Do you need a letter of authorization in addition to the national identity card for urgent passport service?

My citizenship is longer than 14 digits. How am I supposed to fill it in pre-enrollment form ?

While filling the citizenship number, applicants are required to fill the number from right side incase citizenship number is longer than 14 digits. For eg; if your citizenship number is 072-312-13792/432796, please fill 31213792432796. Note that current system does not allow special characters like hyphen(-) or slash(/), and hence is not required.
